4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To withdraw a bonus balance, you are generally required to meet a turnover of 10 to 30 times the bonus amount. The specific wagering requirements will be stated in each offer's details.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus requirements, or trying to obtain bonuses through any other fraudulent means:

• Any associated bonus will be forfeited.

• Funds obtained through fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

6 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.

• Operating an account using another person's identity.

• Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of the vtbet system.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Vtbet reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Creating an account using false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon instruction from a court or regulatory authority.

7.1 Self-Initiated Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
